Healthe is responsible for a comprehensive and adaptive system for achieving and sustaining Clinical Process Optimization. The Healthe team strives to improve the quality, overall delivery, and cost of healthcare. This teams accomplishes its goals through the close understanding of clinical outcomes by using clinical data and statistical analysis that will allow for the reengineering of clinical processes.

Responsibilities
Cerner Corporation is looking for a new member of our technical staff to focus on front-end visual design and workflow. The Web Designer is not just a programmer, but also an artist who is responsible for visually appealing sites.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content for full and mobile versions of web sites.
- Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary
- Develop and manage site content and verbiage.
- Analyze web traffic data and trends to suggest user experience improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts degree or higher respective to the Web Designer role
- 4-5 years of proven site design experience
- Demonstrable experience designing and/or building successful web sites
- Working knowledge of site design practices, processes and tools
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Great written communication and documentation abilities
- A portfolio, personal website, blog, Twitter account, etc
- Active participation in the web and social media community, (Twitter, Ning, Facebook, etc)
- Excellent programming skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX
