Requirement
· 5-7+ years experience in relevant fields
· Exceptional design or advertising portfolio
· Relevant education and training in design field with solid typography and graphic design skills
· Outstanding creative ability and strong concept development
· Must have exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles and awareness of design trends and innovation
· Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design programs
· Ability to use animation programs (Flash, After Effects, etc.) is a huge plus
· Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of web development
