WPF/XAML Developer (UI Developer)

This is a UI developer for internal applications, and will be building styles, data grids, controls-(custom, composite, look-less), buttons, etc... and linking to the back-end applications.
This developer will be creating UI’s for our internal applications. Much like the web developer needed, we have the developers that can write the back end code; we need someone that can create the ‘pretty’ controls and link them to the back end.
These are the basic requirements.
- An excellent grasp of C# 3, including events, delegates, LINQ, and threading
- In depth knowledge of the framework, especially around data binding and dependency properties
- The ability to construct user interfaces with XAML using the WPF layout system, control templates, and styles
- Experience with web services integration, especially WCF and asynchronous models
- Working knowledge of various application frameworks, such as MVVM, MVC, and MVP
The ideal candidate would have demonstrable experience implementing CustomControls given designs in XAML or comp images. They would probably possess experience in:
- WPF animation and the Visual State Manager
- Creating composite controls
- Working with or developing look-less controls
- Experience in other event-driven UI Frameworks like Flex or Windows Forms would be a plus
