Web Based Map / Tile Game, Map Interface

I am creating a web based game similar to sim city, except introducing a multiplayer & warefare concepts to it. It should be fun, and i have a team of 7 devs working together on the backend of the system.
What we need is a javascript developer who knows his way around JQuery to create a map plugin for us, that we can re-use in applications like these. The map based interface must have a similar feel to google maps, but with an easy to use API, and optimised for performance with certainly no bloat.
I am interested in reasonable offers, this isn't a large job, i know javascript well, but dont have the time to do it myself. We have created an initial prototype of this interface, with only 10 - 15 lines of code. I expect this to take some more, but nothing serious!
