We are a 20 person design and branding shop, with a great team of designers and information architects so you get to work on stuff you can be proud of. We're a growing company but not wet-behind-the ears. If you crave the excitement of not knowing whether your paycheck will clear the bank we are not the right place for you.
All the exciting stuff we are doing is on the client side so JavaScript is huge here. On the server side we have to be pretty flexible (all our major clients are dedicated Microsoft shops), but we are not mired in myopia so your experience and passions can and will shape how we work.
Even though no framework or server side platform will be crammed down your throat, there still must be a willingness to learn new things, as you'll be exposed to many varied server environments. As an aside, we'd love to get some Java and Ruby skills in the shop.
The simple fact that you are reading a job posting in this forum strongly suggests that we would like to buy you lunch and get to know you. If you have a formal resumé great. If you just want to send some samples of your work or a link to a blog, that's cool too.
