The company has a patented technology for music discovery, and is using it as a foundation for a platform in web 2.0 social media. They're headquartered in San Francisco, but the bulk of the web 2.0 engineering team is in Savannah GA, Herndon, VA and Barcelona, Spain. The company recently received $7M in funding and is rapidly scaling up. The web 2.0 social media platform it is creating is done entirely in Ruby on Rails. They're looking for an exceptional front end oriented (HTML/CSS, Javascript / jQuery, etc) Rails developer. The company is willing to pay top salary dollars + equity for the right candidate.

Required:
- Expert level HTML/CSS
- Expert level Javascript / AJAX / jQuery / Prototype / Scriptaculous / Dojo
- 1 year of Rails
- Experience with cross-browser issues with DOM and CSS
- Bachelors degree in CS or equivalent
