We’re a young startup based in Oxford, UK and working on a next generation software platform for marketers. We’re looking for a talented designer to help us turn wireframes into a killer user interface for our application.

We’re leveraging the latest generation browsers, CSS3 and Flash/Flex to create a cutting edge UI and we need a graphics guru to work with the team to make this a reality. We are looking for someone preferably in the Oxford / London area but we’re also willing to let you work from anywhere if you’re the right candidate. The ideal candidates are creative, reliable & self-motivated with a keen eye for design and solid portfolio.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio
• Solid proficiency with Photoshop

• Good understanding of standards-based HTML & CSS concepts

A plus:

• Experience designing for a complex application user interface
• Any experience in usability design
• Experience creating clean standards based HTML/CSS pages

• Major plus if you have skills in Javascript, JQuery or other JS frameworks
