Desired Skills/Experience:

* Extensive experience in hand coding of HTML/XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Ajax * Familiarity with web standards and CSS-driven layouts – Experinece using Javascript Frameworks * Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions * Experience with JavaScript, DHTML, and understanding of the DOM * Experience with other technologies, such as JSP, JSTL, Struts, .Net, PHP, ASP and MVC Design Pattern a plus * Experience with source control (CVS) a big plus * Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills * Ability to follow technical specifications and production processes. * Must be available to work on site.
