Quick Short Project - Drag Drop Equations Creator

I need some urgent help in designing a JS (preferably Jquery but anyhow will do) interface:
Its a Drag and Drop environment to create Logical Formulas with 5 clonable draggable elements:
1. __ AND ___
2. ___ OR ____
3. NOT ____
4. ( ____ )
5. Function
And a canvas (portion) where people can drag these 5 elements and create formulas like:
NOT (((Function) OR (Function)) AND ((Function) OR (Function)))
Functions is basically another drop down menu with values like: a,b,c,d etc and when someone click on a. a new box next to it show possible values of a say 3,4,5 similarly if he selects b, 1,10,100. so final formula canbe:
NOT ((a=5 OR =7) AND ((c=4 OR e='abc') OR(m>2 OR NOT(n!=17))))
Let me know if there are any pointers or website where I can get more information regarding this problem (a Solution) I am ready to pay for advice and pay for working JS scripts. But this is slightly urgent
