start-up: expert JavaScript'er - dominator of cross-browser compatibility and DOM

we need someone who's huge into some good style JS (expert action), is very familiar with the DOM and browser compatibility issues (knows browsers inside and out).
jQuery is ++
we've got a sick RoR operation doing back-end work, a very solid tech and business advisor support network, some Ph.D.s and other amazing people primed to join up when we're ready for them (which should be soon enough), money-types in the ready, a client network brewing - the whole deal.
Aiming to get our demo done in a week or two so we can get some of that seed money.
