Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design and development of web based applications.
• Programming, testing, and maintaining graphical user interface based on business requirements.
• Creating new layouts as needed including designing and coding pages and incorporating text, graphics, multimedia, and other features.
• Maintaining consistency and quality control of design.
• Developing, documenting and maintaining standards and structure.
• Capable of collaboration with business analysts and end users.
• QA
Requirements:
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering with proven track record in developing world class systems
• Basic fundamentals in OOP, Software Design Patterns.
• Solid programming skills with good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Web2.0: In-depth knowledge of principals and best practices using JavaScript in an object oriented manner, including experience with third party library frameworks (e.g. prototype, script.aculo.us, DWR, dojo, mooTools, etc.).
• Core technical skills: 3+ years in Enterprise Java development.
• 2+ years HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML.
• Experience with ANT/MVN, CVS/SVN, JUnit.
• Experience with at least one of Java based application servers, Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic, etc.
• Self-motivated; creative thinker, problem solver, team player.
