To be considered for the role you should:

* Have a very strong command of JavaScript and extensive experience with at least one JS-framework like jQuery or YUI. * Follow coding standards (OO, naming conventions, XHTML, etc.) and other best-practices like scope-encapsulation. * Have PHP experience (so you can understand what your AJAX is connecting to) * Be able to architect your work in a logical, maintainable and performance-efficient manner. Since this is subjective we do need to links to code samples that you have written, if your samples are part of a collaborative project then please describe your involvement.

For consideration, send links to code along with your hourly rate, availability and a description of your JS experience. Also, if you have taken part in any open-source projects or have written any articles (online or off), please provide brief-details & links.
