A startup software firm is looking for a brave soul to join our founding team. We are bootstrapping our company and so we only require a part time commitment at this point. However, candidates must have the mental toughness, determination, and passion needed, not only to contribute to our ideas, but to execute them as well.
Also, we work remotely, which can present very unique challenges. Working on a distributed team is a craft that takes practice, requires mutual patience, and good written communication skills to master. A willingness to master this working style is an absolute requirement.
