Real-time Javascript MVC framework

ShoreTel is a leading provider of business VoIP and UC products. We have a highly interactive call management desktop client, and we would like to offer that functionality in a cross-browser environment. Targeted browsers would be Windows, Mac, and Smart Phones (or IE incl. Mobile, Safari, Mozilla, Opera).
The deliverable is a call control client that can show real-time call activity and perform actions on active calls. This would be a modular framework that allows us to add functionality over time.
The framework should be based on jQuery or derivatives (http://www.javascriptmvc.com). The application must provide support for ADA 508 compliance.
Initial scope is expected to be around 6 weeks to get us started, but an extended contract or regular full-time position is possible for the right match.
The successful applicant must demonstrate expertise with high-quality applications that run for extended periods in the browser without crashes or leaks.
