Interactive Designer

The Ayzenberg Group is looking for a full-time in-house Interactive Designer to join our growing interactive team. As a part of our Creative Department, you will work closely with the Creative Director to create and implement successful interactive marketing and ad campaigns. Online experience is a must. Typical projects include: Flash, online banner ads, landing pages, and emails. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
In joining our growing interactive group, you’ll work with a talented team of designers and animators to build spectacular websites and online advertisements that win awards, dazzle clients and entertain gamers. Our team will come to you with questions and ideas and together you’ll make great things happen. We’re looking to you to consistently develop fresh concepts that directly impact product sales while maintaining brand standards.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of design experience
• 2 to 3 years of design and development experience using Flash
• B.A. in Fine Arts, Advertising or equivalent experience
• Extensive Interactive Design experience
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash skills with a general working knowledge of how front-end programming (HTML, CSS, Web standards) and design mesh
• Strong understanding of Flash Video
• Banner design and programming a plus
• In-touch with current online trends
Love of video games is a plus. This is a fulltime position located in our Pasadena office.
