Front End UI Developer- Master of CSS who can build cross platform/browser solutions

We are seeking a Front End UI Developer that has a mastery of CSS and can apply those skills to manipulate CSS in ways that have never been done before. If you are not afraid to use your mad CSS skills and you see CSS as more of an instrument than a technology, you are playing our tune.
Essential Skills and Characteristics
• Solid ability to build user interfaces
• Expert, hands-on knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JQuery and/or JavaScript
• Expert knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatible production ready solutions
• Ability to work with themeable CMS applications
• Ability to configure a local xAMP stack
• Aptitude to understand and build SEO/semantic solutions
• Experience translating design comps/wireframes
• Ability to work with source/version control software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
• Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
• Bachelors or Masters in a design discipline or equivalent experience
