JavaScript developer to stitch together Flex Widgets

We have a set Flex Widgets that communicate through SOAP and REST to a set of back-end web services that are used for content management. Each widget (search form, search results, asset details, etc) are separate widgets that communicate to each other via JavaScript.
Our goal was to be able to assemble custom user experiences with no back-end coding. All Flex components are complete, but now we need to stitch them together.
A light experience with Flex would be helpful (for passing in at least CSS styles) and excellent JavaScript to make fairly dynamic applications and perform data manipulation on the page.
